Markey Research Seminars: Mark Dignan

The UK Markey Cancer Center sponsors the Markey Research Seminar, a weekly, continuing-education series, on Wednesdays from Noon–12:50 p.m. Open to all, these sessions welcome internal and external cancer researchers who share their expertise and highlight their work and research. Sharing Work on Appalachia in Progress (SWAP) Series Session 2

HDI Seminar Series: Inclusive Higher Education

Presenters: Erin Fitzgerald, Johnny Collett, and panelists This panel will provide an overview of the Kentucky Supported Higher Education Partnership (KSHEP). KSHEP is a network of colleges and universities offering inclusive postsecondary educations programs for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. During the panel, some current and former students will share about their experiences and why inclusive postsecondary programs are important.     Learning Objectives:

KY LEND: Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Open House

The University of Kentucky Human Development Institute is accepting applications from UK, EKU, and UofL graduate students across disciplines for the 2025 – 2026 Kentucky Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND).
