Research investigators and staff are encouraged to come to the Clinical Research Support Office's (CRSO) weekly office hours with questions about any of the research technologies that are administered and supported by the CRSO. Markey Research Seminars: Wenwei Hu

The UK Markey Cancer Center sponsors the Markey Research Seminar, a weekly, continuing-education series, on Wednesdays from Noon–12:50 p.m. Open to all, these sessions welcome internal and external cancer researchers who share their expertise and highlight their work and research. Join us for the second installment of the R Workshop Series, where the focus will be on cleaning data in R. You will learn how to import data, extract information from data frames/tibbles, subset data, merge datasets, format dates, and more. Participation in the first installment of the R Workshop Series, Intro to R, or a working knowledge of R/RStudio is highly recommended.

Members of the OnCore technical support team will be available to answer questions and provide in-person support.

UNITE Writing Days

UNITE will host Writing Days on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 8:30 – 11:30 am in the Healthy Kentucky Research Building. This mechanism is designed to generate meritorious proposals for upcoming UNITE funding and external funding opportunities. Researchers will meet to work with their collaborators and/or consult with the Proposal Development Office over light refreshments.
