Create effective and engaging research posters! The Poster Design workshop supports the creation and presentation of a research poster. Workshop emphasizes poster design principles, appropriate sections for a research poster, presenting your poster, understanding your audience, and evaluating a poster. Engaging workshop as we evaluate sample research posters while applying the design principles discussed. More info here.

BERD Bites: An introduction to potential outcomes causal inference

Causal inference methods provide an exciting framework through which observational data can be used to estimate causal effects. In this talk, we will introduce the foundational concepts of the potential outcomes framework and the “road map” for applying these methods to address causal questions in health research.
