Equine Science and Management Fall Internship Showcase

Join us for the next Equine Science and Management Fall Internship Showcase to see what our students have been up to this semester. Equine students are required to complete an internship for EQM 399 course credit which culminates in presenting a poster about their learning experiences. Students, faculty, staff, alumni and equine industry stakeholders are invited.    This event will be held on-campus at the E.S. Good Barn on Nov. 28 at 5:30 p.m.

Crop Protection Webinar Series #4

Insects in field crops during two years of partial droughts and heat wave  The University of Kentucky Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment presents a series of webinars covering field crop protection.  Hosted through the Southern Integrated Pest Management Center, the webinars will feature different UK extension pest management specialists discussing plant pathology, weed science and entomology topics In this webinar, UK extension specialist Raul Villanueva will present on insects in field crops during droughts and heat waves.
