Ali Bocook Yankey

Senior Coordinator, Contracts, Technology Commercialization

Ali is the Senior Contracts Coordinator for the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) at the University of Kentucky (UK), where she is focused on drafting and negotiating agreements (including MTAs and DUAs) and oversees licensee reporting compliance.

Before UK, she worked in private practice in insurance defense litigation. Ali recently completed her M.B.A. magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University and previously received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law and Bachelor of Arts in history from Centre College. She is the secretary for the Tri Delta Beta Phi Housing Corp.
