Summer Lunch & Learn Series: Poster Design Workshop

   

Create effective and engaging research posters! We will walk attendees through the poster-making process - emphasizing poster design principles, layouts/ formats, understanding your audience, and evaluating a poster.

   

Interactive workshop for all! Attendees will critique sample posters by applying the design principles discussed.

   

Poster design worksheet and handout included.

   

All UK students and those visiting from other schools engaged in undergraduate research activities and creative works are eligible to attend the event, including mentors (PIs, graduate students, and postdocs) — regardless of funding source or formal program affiliation.

   

The OUR will provide food for those attending in person. We will also offer a Zoom option for those that cannot attend in person.
