Food as Health Symposium

The Food as Health Alliance is excited to present our first Food as Health Symposium! This free one-day event will allow participants to learn from leading Food is Medicine experts from across the country and from Kentucky. We will have speakers from industry, health care, health insurance, community-based organizations, and leading researchers. We will explore how FIM can address food and nutrition security and improve health outcomes in our state.
