In this session, "Decoding Sweetness and Acidity in Coffee," Brandon will explore the chemistry behind coffee flavors, focusing on recent sensory science research. He will dive into how sweetness and acidity are perceived, dispel common misconceptions about taste identification and discuss the cutting-edge research shaping the sensory world of coffee.
