7th Annual Commonwealth Computational Summit
This “LIVE” two-day Commonwealth Computational Summit event will focus on Artificial Intelligence in Education, Medicine, and Research. If you are interested in any aspect of Artificial Intelligence, research or education, methods, tools, or technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, deep learning and neural networks, expert systems and decision support, autonomous control, robotics, natural language processing, textual analysis, image recognition, speech recognition, large language models, virtual agents, or chatbots, then come join us at the Commonwealth Computational Summit! The event is open to all university faculty and graduate students across the Commonwealth (and our region) as well as to industry professionals. And it is FREE!
Monday October 16, 2023, will feature multiple free workshops, tutorials, and tech talks by AWS, Dell, Google, HPE, NERSC-LBL, NVIDIA, OmniBond, Spectra Logic, VAST Data and more! In addition, the afternoon will include a special session on AI in Education featuring a Panel exploring AI challenges, ethics, and lessons learned, multiple featured and lightning talks by faculty from institutions across the Commonwealth.
Tuesday, October 17th’s Summit agenda includes keynote speakers from academia, industry and the government, parallel technical sessions on AI in Medicine and AI in Research (non-medical), and a poster competition for PostDoc, graduate, and masters students (with prizes).
