A Stroke at Age 27 Inspired Dedication to Cardiovascular Research

When Donna Arnett, dean of the University of Kentucky College of Public Health, suffered a stroke at the age of 27, people didn't believe her. However, her experience as a stroke patient inspired her interest in cardiovascular research and how an individual's genes impact their risk.
