WIMS Day 2023

Join us for WIMS Day! Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023 Noon to 5:30 p.m. Healthy Kentucky Research Building 150/Atrium  This event will feature a keynote by Dr. Mary Dankoski at noon, both virtually and in-person. Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.  Following the keynote, there will be an interactive workshop on professional development between 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. (In-person only) At 3:30 p.m., WIMS 2022 Booster Award winners will present their research. (In-person only)

WEBINAR: Protecting Health in a Changing Climate

Dr. Caleb Dresser leads the Climate MD program at the Center for Climate, Health, and the Global Environment at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, which works with frontline health clinics to prepare a climate-ready health care workforce. He is also the assistant director of the climate and human health fellowship for physicians, an emergency medicine physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and an instructor in emergency medicine at Harvard Medical School.
