New Opioid Abatement Funding Decision Tool

This new tool is available for state and local government partners to provide evidence-based practices tested through the HEALing Communities Study (HCS) Consortium members including the UK HCS team. The tool allows the user to respond to questions regarding the current community environment then provides a list of evidence-based practices for spending opioid settlement funds.  Learn more here. 7th Annual Substance Use Research Event (SURE)

The 7th Annual Substance Use Research Event is scheduled for February, 5 2025. This event is sponsored by the University of Kentucky Office of the Vice President for Research and will feature Dr. Faye Taxman from George Mason University Schar School of Policy and Government and Dr. Matthew Hill from Calgary University Cumming School of Medicine as plenary speakers.  More information here.
