Dr. Siva Gandhapudi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics and serves as Co-Director of the Flow Cytometry and Immune Monitoring (FCIM) Core. His research focuses on T cell-mediated immune responses and innovative technologies to modulate immune response for combating cancer and infectious diseases. Dr. Gandhapudi oversees the daily operations of the FCIM Core, providing scientific and technical guidance for immune monitoring research and supporting exploratory endpoint studies for investigator-initiated clinical trials at the Markey Cancer Center and the College of Medicine. He has extensive expertise in immunoassay development, high-parameter flow cytometry, drug development and testing, human immunology, and clinical trials.
