Marjorie earned a doctorate in Educational Sciences from the University of Kentucky, with a focus in Health Promotion and Occupational and Environmental Health. She received her M.A. in Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed undergraduate studies at James Madison University. Prior to joining PDO, she worked in state government where she served as director of the state’s administering agency for criminal justice and victim services funding. Marjorie has developed a broad array of successful proposals for private, state, and federal funders. Her primary agency responsibilities include NIH, HRSA, and SAMHSA.
