CCTS is Accepting Applications for Community Mini-Grant Awards

Grants will provide $2,500 to community partners to develop, implement and evaluate small-scale, evidenced-based health outreach projects focused on reducing health disparities in Appalachian communities in Kentucky. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16.
