Megs Gendreau Centre College
Dr. Gendreau has broad interests in political & social philosophy, agency theory, philosophy of sport, environmental & climate justice, and climate ethics. While her early research focused on environmental justice and political agency in fenceline communities in Southern California, since moving to Kentucky, she has begun developing a longer-term project focused on Just Transition in Appalachia and beyond. She currently serves as Treasurer of the International Society for Environmental Ethics. At Centre, Gendreau teaches Intro Environmental Studies and the Environmental Studies Senior Seminar, as well as courses in Environmental Philosophy.
