Thank you! Biennial '24

Biennial '24

Many thanks to all who attended our Biennial '24 conference. We had a fantastic turnout and enjoyed meeting everyone. While a biennial event, our next conference will be in 2027, avoiding any potential conflict with similarly scheduled events on the NIH campus. See you in three years!

The SuRE Resource Center, in cooperation with the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS), provides a scientific conference for SuRE R16 participants. Our most recent conference was held July 2024 on the NIH Campus in Bethesda, MD. This event was an opportunity to share science with like-minded colleagues and to network with fellow R16 faculty, students, and research administrative staff.

NIGMS grants management specialists, program officials, and scientific review officers were present to offer sessions and answer attendee questions. The agenda included networking opportunities, keynote speakers, faculty oral and poster presentations, sessions for research administrators, and career development and poster sessions for students.

Our next conference will be scheduled in 2027. Be sure to sign up for our list if you'd like to receive notifications.
