Give to HKRB

The 300,000-square-foot Healthy Kentucky Research Building (HKRB) is UK's newest research facility and was specifically designed to target Kentucky's most pressing health disparities: cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes & obesity, and substance use.

You can help UK Research complete collaborative spaces, like the 100-seat auditorium on the first floor, and outfit wet labs to bring scientists and clinicians together to develop solutions that are rapidly translated to communities where they can make a difference.

Give to UK Research

The UK Research Gifts Fund is a discretionary fund that supports UK Research overall and specifically the Research Priority Areas. These are areas in which we have strength in funding and scholarly activity that span multiple disciplines, and are thus poised to expand—cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes & obesity, and substance use (with research teams in the Healthy Kentucky Research Building), energy and neuroscience. UK Research is using strategic investment funds to seed innovative collaborative research.
