The IRC Networking Event was held via zoom on February 16, 2023 and IRC Pilot Applications were due on March 31, 2023. Thirty proposals were submitted and reviewed by the Associate Deans for Research of the participating colleges or their designee. Fifteen proposals (50% of those submitted) were selected for funding, awarding $525,460 for these pilot awards. These proposals involve 12 colleges and 45 UK faculty: 10 College of Engineering, 8 College of Medicine, 7 College of Pharmacy, 6 CAFÉ faculty, 4 College of Fine Arts, 3 College of Communication & Information, 2 College of Arts and Sciences, 1 Lewis Honors College, 1 College of Public Health, 1 College of Dentistry, 1 College of Health Sciences faculty, 1 College of Nursing.
